According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?


The trends and current events of our market are focusing on phygital, customer experience and customer path... Nowadays, whatever the line of business, we are all looking for releasing an omnicanal offer combining physical and digital channels.

Among this trend we can mention innovations such as: chatbots, which are getting more and more used to support customers in their purchases, marketplaces, and even deep learning which enables to suggest automated and customized offers for customers. The datamining, which is declined from deep learning, is a notion facilitating access to information and therefore to innovation.

Lately, we can also talk about smart wifi. Everybody wants to be connected, in return, customer’s information is collected in a physical place. Then, that information will be stored in a data warehouse, analysed and used to lead targeted operational offers.

Regarding currency, we can refer to a blockchain… Which means how to create communities, transactions, based on a new currency. Instead of paying with a debit card, we are using a blockchain as an exchange currency. For example, bitcoins have become an exchange currency with a valuable rate.

What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?

Our solution is a platform with connected services with the following characteristics:

- A multitude of features: Click & Collect, Click & Resa, E-reservation, store-locator, self-order, click & serve.

- Adaptability, multi-devices function. The platform is adapted to all devices and can be deployed on connected objects such as terminal, the connected hive, flow sensors…

- Integration of datamining. We collect data and restore them, as we use them as key performance indicators (KPI) in order to optimize the management of the activity.

All these elements give us a 360° Phygital vision. The perk of this solution is that, it aims different targets. Thus we can offer this solution to shops and services, franchise networks, central purchasing centers, as well as sports complexes, banks, administrations, or even institutions...

The "Paris Retail Week" event represents an opportunity for us to develop our brand image, and our notoriety. We can show our innovations, to put forward our expertise in order to meet new clients.
