According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?


We help companies to sell more and invest better on the Internet. We are always searching for innovation and novelties for our customers. Our first objective is to secure the bases, but each of our expert assessment is evolving so quickly, that it’s necessary to be on the lookout for!

Obviously, we are watching closely the GAFA, which rule the Internet but UpMyBiz’s mission is to reduce the technological fracture for some of our customers, and for the others is to give a boost.

We do not hesitate to propose strategically solutions like kind of AI or augmented reality applications, if it’s considered.

What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?

We work with our customer at a strategic level, and we have a calling for being a partner more than a “service provider”. You should consider UpMyBiz like your right hand, your ecommerce director, your project manager and your trainer. All our consultants worked for online shop, they speak the same language as you.

We guide SME, pure-players, project leaders and major accounts. Experts in ergonomics, merchandising, data, acquisition and development of customer loyalty, our consultant transmit you their competences. The point is to save time and develop skills!

What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?

Paris Retail Week is a way to exchange and share. We are during the year extremely focused on our business, and these 3 days are a way to take a step back. We discuss with on-line sellers, suppliers, and partners. To go back to the first question, it’s thanks to that kind of event that we absorb the tendencies and innovations. By listening to companies and consumers, we guide our actual customers towards the business of tomorrow.
