Philippe Mourat, CEO at Display Media
According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?
The main trend of the dynamic display market is to offer the best possible user experience on devices installed in "physical places" (points of sale, points of interest, stations, bus / subway stations, places of reception ...). It is now essential to extend the interactions allowed by websites, smartphone applications ...
The market players have no choice but to surf the wave of connected objects and study consumption habits in order to anticipate them.
DISPLAY MEDIA continuously analyzes the trends related to digital communication and develops its solutions accordingly to offer a targeted and personalized experience on the materials we install.
Today, more than ever, new digital signage devices have to integrate ideally into their environment and, in a way, react and adapt to the audience by displaying the right information.
This implies an elaborated design but also and especially, the integration of systems capable of collecting datas.
What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?
DISPLAY MEDIA is aimed at small and medium-sized companies as well as large groups operating in the retail sector (GMS, GSB and other GSS ...), tourism, hotel / catering, industry ... and also collaborates with Communities and public bodies. Our digital display solutions and interactive devices include a wide range of interactive terminals and desks, digital totems, touch tables, screens (touch or non touch), LED display panels ...
On the software side, we have developed our own software workshop: DMCware, available in desktop or SAAS version. It has been fully developed by our team to enable our customers to efficiently manage their digital content (images, videos, animations, messages, widgets ...) and make them available to their users. This software suite allows to create, plan, and distribute content on our clients' displays, whether on-site or remote.
DISPLAY MEDIA also develops software solutions dedicated to each domain of activity and usage types : DMCommerce, which is an interactive point of sale plan, or DMCity, the interface dedicated to the contents disseminated by the Town Halls in their compulsory digitization.
Our hardware and software solutions are the result of attentive listening to the needs expressed by our customers and their users. They have been designed to be both easy to use and performing in terms of functionality.
What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?

This event also allows us to measure the interest of our products and prototypes and define the guidelines of our future productions (hardware and software).
Finally, Paris Retail Week offers us the opportunity to give voice to our customers and target audiences to exchange with them about their digital projects.
